| I am interested in the 1500 but am a little confused by the rated outputs of the antenna TX connections. Is the 5W output antenna connection adjustable from 0W to 5W?

Yes it will.
There will be a "drive" control that will have a percentage range between 1 and 100% relative to the 0-5 watts nominal output of the FLEX-1500.
